updated tool kit replaces the 30 year old 500-500 tool kit which is probably in

95% of Austalian dealers workshops. Packed with handy tools and guages to assist

you in repairing modern (and old) Walbro small engine carburettors.

Replaces OEM: Walbro 500-538

Features: 1. Improved welch plug installation tool. Walbro have added a recess machining to

the press end of this tool, it fits over 95% of Walbro's carburettors.

2. Installation tool for Walbro's “bath tub” shaped welch plug. When assembled

as a T-handle this tool is also for the removal of Walbro 84-613 and 615 check

valves. These check valves are used on all of Walbro's purge carburettors.

3. Upgraded welch plug removal tool. this tool also fits 95% or Walbro

carburettors.

4. Check valve installation tool for older Walbro carburettors.

5. Walbro's new LED 8x magnifier. This high quality magnifying glass is retractable

to protect the lens, and it has replaceable batteries.

6. Two brass “W” gauges” - a new metering lever height gauge for all newer

Walbro models that are not on Walbro's old gauge and also the original metering

lever height gauge for all older Walbro models.

7. New reversible straight / Philips head magnetic screwdriver.

8. Slide hammer for removing older check valves and installing Walbro's 84-613.
