Nose fastens with three rivets, and is securely held by wide and strong overlapping
ears.
The long sprocket nose takes most of the abuse, and minimizes wear to the bars

Super tough steel, heat treated up to 4 times on different parts of the guide bar,
provides superior bar-body strength and tough rails with excellent resistance to
wear and chipping.
PROKUT Platinum Sugihara guide bar rails measure HRC60 on a hardness scale.

chain to be fitted for use with the standard 8-tooth rim sprocket (part number
GAF43S085DL for a semi-chisel chain loop or our full chisel chain loop part number
GAF43F085DL) or to keep using the standard 84 drive link chain the sprocket must be
changed to a 7-tooth rim sprocket (our part number GAF35464 for a complete rim
sprocket system or part number GAF68120 for the 7-tooth rim only). For all other
brands and models use with our semi-chisel chain loop part number GAF43S084DL or
our full-chisel chain loop part number GAF43F084DL. For a PROKUT PLATINUM SUGIHARA
solid professional replaceable sprocket nose guide bar option use our part number
GAFCD2543RSP. For a standard PROKUT solid professional replaceable sprocket nose
guide bar option (which uses 84 DL chain) use our part number GAFCD2443RS.
